We would like to extend our greetings to those who do not know us. We are a small interdepartmental Xerography style copying service.
The unique services that we offer are:
The pick-up and delivery services are only provide to clients who frequently use our services. Currently, orders are picked-up and delivered to five different locations within the School of Biological Sciences. Most orders are picked up and delivered within a turn around time of 24 hours.
Another unique service that we provide involves confidential materials. Many of our clients send us exams, evaluations, employment records, student transcripts, grant proposals and various other confidential materials. We have devised a safe and secure system for your confidential materials to remain confidential when we pick-up, process and deliver your orders. All confidential work that is issued is completed by staff employees and not student workers. We also return completed confidential orders in a specially sealed envelope or box. The seal is dated and signed by the staff member who processed your order to insure the security of your confidential materials. We also have a confidential materials shredding service for those outdated materials that need to be destroyed.
Other unique services that we provide that distinguish us from other copy centers: We can print manuals with tabs, inserts and perforated paper. We can supply or print on white, yellow, blue, pink, & green colored 8.5 x 11” paper. In addition, we can print on many specialty papers that are supplied by our clients. We also have a hole drilling press for original documents that need to be two or three hole punched.
