"I just spent a seven day vacation in Bermuda, and all seven days were ruined by a stalled low pressure area....most of the natives said they never saw anything like it for the month of May. Is there anyway that that might have been attributable to a disruption of normal weather patterns by the ENSO? If you cannot answer that question, do you know anyone who might be able to?
